What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. How We Use Cookies
Required for the site to function. These store your cookie preferences, the chat widget rate limit, and UI state (e.g. dismissed banners). They do not track you and cannot be disabled.
Help us understand how visitors find and use our site, so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. No personal profiles are created. We only load these after you give consent via our cookie banner.
Allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising on other platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn). These are not currently active — reserved for future use. They will only be set with your explicit consent.

Your Choices
Cookie banner (first visit): When you first visit, a banner gives you three options: Accept All, Reject Optional, or Cookie Settings (for granular control). Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.
Change preferences at any time: Click "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page to update your preferences at any time without clearing your browser.
Browser settings: You can configure your browser to block or delete all cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality. Common browser cookie settings: Chrome · Firefox · Safari
Google Analytics opt-out: You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent GA4 from collecting data across all websites.
Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4 (Alphabet Inc.): Only loaded with your consent. IP anonymisation is enabled — your IP address is truncated before any data is stored. Data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic (AI chat): The chat widget sends message text to Anthropic's Claude API. This is not cookie-based but is a data transmission. See Section 5 of our Privacy Policy for details.
